Yes. And they knew they knew none of that was the case. And from the podium at the post fight presser, Roach also announced that they wanted nothing to do with Marquez anymore, but felt an obligation and responsibility to do it all over again.

We all know Floyd would never have put himself in with a fighter with potential to give him problems. But if he did, he would go on vacation, retire to avoid the rematch or worse... he'd resort to hugging and running

      "failed the test"....

You sound like you let Mayweather do all your thinking and gives you all of your talking points.

Whatever the case, after getting KTFO by Marquez they wanted to get back in the ring with the guy who decapitated them. That's the kind of stuff I like to see in combat sports.

Funny how each one of those guys would beat, and 2 have beat, Maidana. But Floyd still chose him because of the brawler style which Floyd is suited to fighting. He's a fraud in reality, and his record is smoke & mirrors.

Yep, cuz he didn't give Castillo and Maidana IMMEDIATE rematches right? Are you wrong in EVERY post??

Oh please! Floyd had a realistic choice between between Khan, Alexander, Maidana, Porter and Thurman.

Everyone made it clear they didn't want Alexander when it was mentioned b4 Guerrero.

Porter and Thurman were considered too green.

Everyone was screaming duck when Khan won the poll and said they much preferred Maidana.

Now when he fights Maidana, he fought the style which he is suited to fighting?

            Always an excuse!

You missed the part about when in a rematch I said Floyd would resort to hugging and running.

I happen to appreciate Mayweather's skills. My first reply in this thread makes that very evident. However, that crap he pulled against Maidana in the rematch was some of the worst play it safe boxing ever seen on the world stage.

Algieri did beat Prod and is the belt holder, so he earned the fight. If Prod had beaten Algieri, he would have been the fight.

Ok, guess what? If you consider it "running", then guess who "runs" too?

I am enjoy an action fight just as much as anyone, but again, the object is to win. It seems ignore the fact that Floyd is fighting a guy that outweighs him by 20lb and is 6 yrs younger. He didn't fight the fight that most wanted(myself included), but he got the result that he wanted....a win! If he stands in the pocket and fights the guy, he is overrated and doesn't have his legs anymore. If he moves, smothers the attack and makes it a much easier fight, then he is boring and not a warrior.

Weight had nothing to do with this...

Jmm at any weight has zero chance vs Floyd...

Marquez needs to be able to counter, and Floyd would give him nothing

There is no way that Floyd would ever be outboxed and lose to a guy like Marquez

Not you again kid , to be consumed with hate at 17 is very sad , you dont even know what day it is yet or what side is up lol and a complete dunderhead when it comes to boxing .

Manny has been knocked out by a guy Floyd schooled like an amateur , JMM wants nothing to do with Floyd in a rematch and his trainer Nacho was quoted saying he thinks Floyd is unbeatable .

5 common opponents all HOF fighters , none of them like Floyd and yet they ALL pick Floyd to beat Manny if they ever fight , what does that say to you kid ? Floyds a fraud and Manny is not lol
