The International Boxing Federation has approved Michael 'Hammer Fist' Farenas (39-4-4, 31KOs) vs. Jose Pedraza (18-0, 12KO) as a final IBF junior lightweight eliminator. The fight has been set for November 14th in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Formal sanction approval will be granted once the IBF receives the signed contracts. Both sides have until October 17th to submit the signed contracts.
