    News broke on Wednesday regarding an internal rift between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and his longtime adviser, Leonard Ellerbe, who is also the CEO of Mayweather Promotions.

    Mayweather is apparently unhappy with the way Ellerbe, and other team members, handled certain details connected with last Saturday's Showtime Pay-Per-View at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

    "Leonard, I think we're just getting to a point where we're outgrowing each other. I think I just see things my way and I think he sees things in another way. For example, this time around when I went out and fought, my WBC and WBA titles in both weight classes were on the line and I didn't approve of that at all. That's something I didn't approve of," Mayweather told Ben Thompson of Fighthype.com.

      Thinks he'll never lose... is upset he made history with a dual weight class unified championship defense... this is not the problem here. The problem is something else. Even the seating arrangements, do mother and daughter not have a voice? Did they just sit apart in silence then cry afterwards? Again such a trivial issue, there's definitely something else going on here.

              Floyd is making a big mistake here.

              Ellerbe has been with him since day one, before the money, ***elry, clothes and hoes.

              Ellerbe is the only genuine friend Floyd has that's not after his money, but actually cares about him.

              Floyd tried to replace Ellerbe with 50 cent before and we see how that turned out. Now he's trying to replaye Ellerbe with Schaeffer. Floyd is wrong here and needs to chill the fcuk out.

                The end is near, and it should be. Too much hate exists right now. FLoyd is undefeated in the ring, but everything outside the ring is spiraling out of control. Message to Floyd, your almost 40, fall back, no cameras, no interviews until 2015; fight your last 2 fights, make another $100 million and bounce! Time heals all wounds! Look what time has done for Oscar and Tyson.

                  Wow that's crazy Ellerbe has to be on his A-Game man the position he's in and all his daughter should've been with her mother I didn't take notice at first but yea man Ellerbe was no where in the all access oh well he'll find work in the buisness for sure if he leaves Floyd.
