Provodnikov always Had issues with pure boxers. He lost to herrera, Bradley and algeri all who box better than him. I truly believe roach knew lil about algeri therfore didn't prepare provo to technically beat algeri, and even if he did, provo Is not the best fighter to carry a fight plan cuz all he knows is brawl. Similar to Chavez - martinez, Roach always knew a proper game plan to beat martinez but he had the wrong guy with Chavez and the right guy with cotto. This will be the same. Even if there's a fight plan, provo can't follow it but pac can. I won't say KO victory for pac cuz he's gone soft, but an easy victory should be the case

Agree. I'm a Pac fan, but I'm also unbiased. Floyd never fought a dude coming of a Lost OR never fought a 140 pounder at 147.

rios got the fight because he was there to test pacs chin after the marquez lost. Algierri is smh the Cinderella man by beating Provo. Floyd had better competition to choose from but takes the easy route. Pac would have turned maidana into another rios.

Are you sure about that? I thought Ricky Hatton had to come up from 140 to fight Floyd. And Marquez had to come up from lightweight...and was still cheated on the catchweight.
