    .....For the record Floyd has only ever ducked ONE fighter and that was Gerald "Winky" Wright. If it's not Winky, Floyd never ducked them.
    Who the **** is Gerald?

A 60/40 split with no ppv revenue or any merchandise sales, NOTHING. Its not like its just all floyd fans who are gonna buy the ppv. Pacquiao has just as much, if not, MORE FANS WORLDWIDE who would buy the fight. "In a video titled "Boxing Legend Freddie Roach Updates Us On Pacquiao" uploaded to YouTube on December 11, 2009, Pacquiao's trainer, Freddie Roach, revealed the first hint about Mayweather's request for Olympic-style drug testing, telling roving reporter Elie Seckbach, "I hear negotiations are a little shady. Schaefer and them are unhappy about something. They want Olympic-style drug testing. I said, 'Yeah, no problem.' I said, 'Whatever you want.' Since we accepted that, now they're running scared again."

        On December 13, 2009, Pacquiao's adviser, Michael Koncz, said Mayweather's request for Olympic-style drug testing was a laughing matter and they had no concerns whatsoever about it. "Our reaction is, 'So what?' We know Manny doesn't take any illegal drugs or anything. And none of this is getting under Manny's skin or anything. I'm here with Manny, and to him, it's like a joke. It's a laughing matter," said Koncz.

        After reports had surfaced that both parties had agreed to all terms, Golden Boy Promotions released a press release on December 22, 2009, revealing that Pacquiao was unwilling to comply with the Olympic-style drug testing requested by Team Mayweather. The following day, Bob Arum, Top Rank founder and CEO, declared the fight was off and Pacquiao would be facing a different opponent. "We appeased Mayweather by agreeing to a urine analysis at any time, and blood testing before the press conference and after the fight. Mayweather pressed for blood testing even up to the weigh-in. He knew that Manny gets freaked out when his blood gets taken and feels that it weakens him. This is just harassment and, to me, just signaled that he didn't want the fight," Arum told David Mayo of the Grand Rapids Press."

        TBE = The Best Excuses
        Manny Pacquiao is TWE = The Worst Excuses eg. Scared of Needles, Superstitious, Gets Freaked Out About Giving Blood, 40 Million is a low ball offer, Law Suits, Cut Needs to Heal, Needs to Build an Outdoor Stadium, Floyd Will Be in Jail, Fighting Marquez Instead, RUNNING for Congress, I Don't Know Why the Fight Isn't Happening... Excuses, excuses, excuses

          Neither am i I said the statement because that's the only proven time he avoided someone most others are heresay and opinion (Cotto, Pac, Marg, Hatton,Tzu).

          Ok he backed out but then why have serious contract negotiations with the fight taking place at 54 with a rehydration limit of 8 pounds and have the the contract all but done only for Bob arum to change the contract from a 50/50 to a 55/45 split at the last minute.

          So ducked was the wrong word more like used Bob Arum so he didn't have to fight him. While i admit Winky was to big for him, Floyd should of kept his mouth shut because then that calls into question all the other guys he called out (Dela Hoya, Mosley, Tzu,).Would he have backed out with them too?

            F L O M O excuse.
            He didn't work with Arum then. Hatton was not promoted by Top rank.

The Maidana and Algieri fights are both jokes c’mon!
              Correction. Mayweather doesn't need it and Pacquiao doesn't want it...

                Doesn't really call those guys into question IMO. Oscar was the lottery ticket. Mosley was a bigger star than Floyd at the time, so it made sense for Floyd, not so much for Sugar. Tsyzu couldn't be made for contractual reasons. When the thing with Wink went down, Floyd was a nobody starving for attention and a raise, and so was Wink. The fight really didn't make sense for either guy. And both were better off for it not happening. And both went on to get their moment in the sun. Wink pissed his away. But that's another conversation.

                  At this point you should just admit that you choose Pacquiao over the truth

                    Why you guys don't see what's been happening for years. Everytime there is a Floyd fight Floyd starts talking Pacquiao, when there is a Pac fight Pac starts talking Floyd.

                    They will fight each other when they are ready to retire!
