Also if you were somewhat intelligent the word is organized with a z and not an s. Anyone with a masters would not only spell that word correct consistently, but be quick enough to fix it right away. I know this because I actually have some rich Asians who went to MIT as the very involved owners of the company I work for. Minor errors like that and they are all over your ass, that's a true masters degree at work.

To use a 'z' is to use the Americanised version, and to use an 's' is to use the English variant. Organized = american. Organised = english. All that talk about rich asians for nothing.
