I'd also like to add. Those Floyd fans/Pac haters who like this. There is something wrong with you. This man has given so much to the sport you claim to love, and you want his life destroyed because of some ****** rivalr. There is something innately wrong with that. The same goes for Pac fans wanting Floyd to go broke. These men deserve to live the rest of their lives in comfort.
WTF? Are you serious? WTF has Manny Pacquaio given to the sport of boxing? For that matter, what has Floyd Mayweather or anyone given to the sport of boxing. Manny Pacquiao got in a 20 foot right and tried to beat the snot out of his opponent. In return, he received millions of dollars for doing it. How the hell is that an example of a person who has given so much to the sport? He didn't give a damn thing to anyone (including the Filipino tax bureau, obviously) because he got paid to do what he did just like everyone who has a job gets paid to do what they do. If you give something to someone or something, that means you do it for free. Pacquaio hasn't done a damn thing for free since he started his pro career.

He didn't pay his taxes and now he has to deal with the consequences, just like everyone else. Stop acting like he is some kind of fu.....g saint!

Manny Pacquiao is looked at as a God in the Philippines. People love him there. the streets stop pretty much the whole Philippines stops even the *********s/criminals stop to watch Pacman. He gives hope to his Filipino people. You see how happy they were after he beat Rios after that devastating typhoon? Manny has inspired a nation of nearly 100 million through the sport of boxing and dominated humbly. If that isn't "giving" back to the sport then I dont know what is. You are one ignorant ***er.

Nobody knows exactly what pacqiuao really owes yet but it's obvious that he owes something. In boxing especially you do somethings you probably shouldn't, but when he resigned with top rank for a measly 1 million dollars when they're supposedly paying him 20-25 million dollars a fight, there was something seriously wrong with that picture.

Boxing needs people like Pacquiao to stay alive. If you don't see that then go watch golf or some ****.

why the hell does the filipino government need 100 and 70 million dollars from Manny? this smells like extortion and corruption to feed the pockets of the politicians who make money as politicians, politics in these third world countries are corrupt and they use their position to become ****** rich.

We all know these corrupt idiots are going to divvy that up and split it between the other corrupt greedy politicos.

Just like with the donations for the typhoon victims in the Philippines we all know most of that cash went into the hands of the corrupt government officials and didn't go to the poor people. Those poor people are still living in squalor.

This is embarrassing and a shame.

When Floyd had his tax issues, it was only like 6.7 million in back taxes, Pacman has to pay over 100 million in US currency to the philippines.

If I were Manny I would just move to America.
This is what I thought. How the hell does he owe more money than he made?

The interest rate is like a pay day loan or something.

they are trying to extort more money from him due to a ****** article online claiming Pacman is worth 500 million dollars or made like 200 million or some ridiculous number, and now they want 100 and 70 million dollars US currency wtf is a third world impoverished country doing asking with that much money and where will the money go? it def isn;t going to better the country, they will just pocket it just like the donations for the typhoon.

I heard the Philippines has no middle class, its either rich and ****** poor. that extreme tax money they are taking from him is not going to go to the poor its going to the corrupt politicans who hate Manny for trying to help the people,

Pacman is a threat to those corrupt long term politicians, in the Philippines politics is a deadly game every election year many people running and those connected with different parties get killed or beheaded. Its a dirty game, Pac is trying to change the game and they don't like that, they are going after him because he is rich and self made, these politicians are not they steal from the people, Pacman made a speech saying politicians should not take money from the poor and that they should be public servants using the money to help the community, this goes against everything they are he is going against their hustle so they are going to take his money and make him pay. They have political dynasties over there its ****ed up.

This stuff has been going on in Africa and third world countries for ages, Americans have donated over a billion dollars to Africa yet the people still live in squalor, the reason is that money passes through different hands and usually ends up in the rich greedy politicians pockets and never goes back to the poor people it is meant for.

Has PAC even made $75m? The taxes they claim he owes doesn't make sense to his career earnings.
