its either him or the pacman, id lean towards bernard though , lol, his age is the key, manny has the legendary hall of fame name victories and more titles in different weight classes but bernard is ageless and he still has the great resume, bernard is amazing

Both Floyd and Pacman are clearly greater than Hopkins - whether you'd like to include Roy Jones in this era is debatable - but he's clearly greater as well.

It seems like we had a heavy discussion about this before doesn't it?

I dunno, what his era? Is it the 90s to early 00s? Then known, because Chavez Sr, Whitaker were still active in that time so an argument can be made for them although imo Chavez's best years were in the 80s. Then there were the new guys of the 90s, RJJ, Oscar and Tito, Oscar had the best resume of the lot and was the better all round boxer/puncher but RJJ had the greater athletic gifts. Hopkins was a top 5 no doubt though in that time frame.

If you count his era as early 00s to present day then yes, a very good argument can be made for him, with Pacquiao a close second if not first. Floyd and Wlad round off the top 4.
