Whose win over Chad Dawson was more impressive?

    Andre Ward or Adonis Stevenson?

Ward got to him first while he was winning but it was at 168. Adonis did it in 1 round at 175 but he was low on confidence after the Ward defeat.

Both are against deflated versions of Dawson. In general though, KO1's aren't as impressive because they can be seen as a fluke. So, all things equal, Ward's win was better but it's grasping at straws. Both versions of Dawson stunk on those nights.

Stevenson. He wiped him out in 1 round at 175.

        Stevenson.

Ward beat a drained shell of Dawson, Stevenson then beat a washed up Dawson...but at least he did it at 175.

hmm... 1 round KO at his natural weight or 10 round KO when he was weight drained?

Think I'll go with the former.

            Obviously.

Don't really think much of either. Dawson was a zombie against Ward, and likely ruined by that beating. Stevenson's KO1 likely came as a result of Dawson being ruined against Ward.

Stevenson stopping Dawson with one shot, I guess.

the manner in which ward won was more impressive, he systematically beat dawson and his performance left no doubt he was the better fighter.

stevenson just caught him cold, idk why anyone would rate that higher than beating someone up round after round. like foreign soil pointed out it could easily be a fluke. what speaks for adonis is he did it at 175lbs.

at the end of the day i guess thats what matters most, beating a better version of dawson in less impressive fashion has to be the more impressive win all in all.

dawson was overconfident going into the fight, but he is always overconfident. ones greatest strength can easily be ones greatest weakness as well, being fearless is a big part of what made dawson a champion but its also what made him an ex champion.

lol at the credit you guys are giving stevenson. dawson coming off of a career changing beating means nothing, evidently.

i just want you all to establish that your hatred for the prince comes from the beatings he gave your heroes. you can continue to slander him, just recognize why you're doing it.

say, "the prince whooped carl froch and mikkel kessler. this is why i hate him."

                    Stevenson

Moved up in weight and a lot of people were picking against him
