The only reason people are talking about this is because of the gloves, most people have the mindset that Floyd's gonna win in a better fashion.

You are correct. Maidana isn't knocking Mayweather out. Everyone is making a big deal about the gloves, but it doesn't matter what gloves Maidana is wearing because he cannot and will not knockout Mayweather. People for Maidana need to prove how he is qualified to knockout Mayweather. Who has he knocked out? Cotto used the 10 oz. version, which is significantly different from the 8 oz.

That only difference is it's 2 ounces heavier because the wrist guard is longer but the same amount of foam and hair are distributed in the knuckle area as the 8oz glove. I have wore both before and their is very little difference. That I could tell of.

That's false, and you must have tried different gloves. Because the two are different, there's more padding even in the knuckle area. Stop trying to mislead. Very little difference is comical.
