One of the sanctioning bodies should give Garcia a mandatory like Postol or Herrera again and strip him if he doesn't fight him soon. It'd be one thing if he was just an ordinary fighter, but he's supposedly a unified champion, he has to be held to a higher standard than this.

I agree 100%. When you're a champion at the level of Garcia, this can't happen. Herrera was a tough fight for him, but was perceived as a tune up. In essence, this is his second tune up in a row, and even calling this a tune up is a stretch.
