I hope that was just a really bad attempt at trolling.

Let's say hypothetically that Algieri doesn't get what he wants, than who would Pacquiao fight? Bradley yet again? Provodnikov? Alvarado? Who else is there?

Take his beating and retire? Pac dosent give people career ending beatings anymore. He dosent even drop them , he just wins decisions. Every fight the Pac fanboys declare a knockout or life changing beating.

Algieri is in the driver seat, they need him a lot more than he needs them RIGHT NOW! He can pursue this fight later, why are fans acting as if Algieri is running out of time and mush take this fight now. No Actually if he waits and he takes on maybe Provodnikov and beat him more convincingly then he could end up hitting the jackpot later on compared to taking this LOWBALL OFFER just because it has been offered to him.

None of you people know wtf u are talking about. Talked to a source very close to Algieri and he is getting a **** deal....his promoter is trying to take the majority of the purse. Kid WI walk away with half of what his promoter walks away with. 7 figures my ass! This kid is being torn apart by everybody on here who doesn't know a damn thing about the deal. Why should his promoter get all his money? He ain't fighting Pacquiao, Chris is. I give this kid a TON of credit for sticking to his guns. The promoter has more to lose than he does....literally. most of that 1.5 ain't going to Algieri and if u ask me that's bs. If the promoter loses his fat ass payday for Pac fight then he will know Chris can't be railroaded into a bs deal. Then the guy goes to daily news telling lies about it isn't about money. This DeGuardia guy is crooked as hell. No way should he get majority of the kids purse. Stick to ur guns Algieri! You deserve more money then the ****ing promoter. C'mon now

I don't blame Algieri for wanting more money. Pacquiao is going to knock him out.

His promoter got 250 for Provo fight and Chris got 100.....now for this one he wants over 60% (meaning Algieri gets less then 40% before taxes??? Wtf!! That's insane and is a ****ing joke. I hope Arum hears about this and buys out Algieri's contract and hives the kid a fair payday. I could see this a a HUGE problem moving forward. I have heard of promoters taking 20, 25, 30 % on big fights but 60% or more of purse and then kid has to pay his trainers and **** too. **** that! To fight Pac in China. Nah man...this kid is a smart cookie. And this promoter should be ashamed of himself
