Lots of fans have wanted to see a rematch between Molina and Lara. Apparently, what's held it back is that they share the same manager. Maybe if Landy wins tonight De Cubas will move to make it happen.
thats a rematch that needs to happen and the vanes rematch. There's too many questions about those fights. Man is time passing by slow or what? I swear I couldn't even sleep last night lol

Of course not, did molina put a whooping on Laras? Of course not, did they hug a lot? Yes they did, now look at their faces after the fight and tell me if you didn't watch the fight who do you think won it...
Lara just might lose, but I have a feeling he's going to surprise some people tonight. For a good part of his career, Lara has been in with a solid number of high risk/low reward guys; and not always under the most favorable circumstances. We've seen his vulnerabilities against these fighters, who some fans feel are "bums."

I've come to realize that we need to be careful when throwing the bum word around. Some of these "bums" have styles and/or one or two physical attributes that can trouble even elite fighters. Also, just because you're an elite fighter doesn't mean that you're better than a particular "bum" fighter in every category.

We've seen Rigo struggle against "lesser" fighters than Donaire (who was a top p4p fighter at the time). As a result, many felt that Donaire was going to obliterate Rigo; that obviously didn't happen. Styles make fights my friends.

I was on till almost 3am BSing about this fight. Then I was up at 6:30 to run six miles. Got back and cleaned up around the house. I'm having about 20 people over for a fight party. I've got so much shit to do to prepare, the hours will fly. But, yeah, normally the day would drag. lol

I'm very excited aswell. I'm leaning on Lara but it's hard to call. The fact both have looked spectacular in fights were the other struggled is intriuging.

I think what it will boil down to is Canelo won't do what Angulo did, but I could see Lara dominating Canelo if he attempts to box all fight like he seems to now.

In the UK we've got the Liverpool show aswell with Cleverly, Bellew, Joshua etc so pretty much 7Pm-7Am there's fights on so going to have my caffine ready

I'm hoping for a good fight. With the plans they have for Canelo, I don't see how Lara wins a decision. Let's face it, he would have to do way better than Mayweather against Canelo to get the decision. Maybe having to drop him a few times or get a KO. Both those scenarios will be hard to accomplish. Unless Canelo have a complete meltdown I don't see him losing a decision. If he's going to be the face of boxing he cannot afford to lose to Lara so the pressure is all on him.

One of the beauties of this fight, especial for the neutral fan, is that it's 50-50. But I have this feeling that we'll have an idea where it's going early, within the first two or three rounds. The way I see it, if Canelo doesn't impose himself on Lara early, it's Landy's fight. If Alvarez gets to Lara in the first half, I'm going to get nervous. lol May the best man win.
