Mayweather is mind ****ing you guys and you don't even know it. This guy is a marketing genius. Floyd said even before the fight "I'm going to fight this one differently"

He gave up what 2-3 rounds in that fight? Let's be honest, that fight was not close, anyone who isn't biased could easily see that.

He gave Maidana every chance to do something laying on those ropes, he was playing with him. Make the fight seem somewhat competitive, drama ensues afterwards, the hype builds, tickets are sold, millions are made.

Just watch in the rematch, Floyd will utterly dominate him, might even drop him. He'll pick him apart and people will wonder what the difference between the 1st and 2nd fight was. All along it was Floyd's plan to make some of the easiest $$$ of his career, you fell for it.

You keep mentioning "Health comes first" when it comes to Floyd, but Roach admitted to protecting his fighter from fights where he would get hurt. Pac didn't take fights with Margarito when he was dangerous(and he was it was talked about, Shane after Margarito, Cotto at 154 or even 152(even after they pursuded him), Floyd in 2010 or Canelo at 154. So OBVIOUSLY Floyd isn't the only one that thinks that "Health comes first"!

Yeah so Floyd, the advocate for violence, fighting wars, and fighting toe to toe (and not advocating safety/muh health first) purposely sat on the ropes and let Maidana wail on him. Yeah ok.

but it now appears to me the glove switching strategy was already in the bag long before the fight...

of course not. that guy is so conceited that as soon as he is somewhat challenge he has to make an excuse like "i want to give fight fans their monies worth" instead of giving credit to his opponent.

of course his uneducated minions everywhere would eat it up and push that talking point.

You really think a multimillionaire who with a self preserving mindset deliberately chose to lay on the ropes to ''please da fanz'' against a guy with an 80 something KO ratio?

              lmfaoo
Yes. Do you really think he didn't? Watch in the re-match, Floyd will do what he could have done in the first fight and it will be boring, and a very embarrassing loss for Maidana.

Post-fight interview, Maidana will say: "I just couldn't find him, I couldn't reach him, he was always moving."

Well, we will know 100% for sure after the rematch right? If Maidana FORCED Floyd to stay in the pocket and fight the way he did, then there is absolutely no reason that he can't do it again in the rematch. If Floyd did it to make it a more entertaining fight and can someone make the rematch "totally different" as he said before, then it will prove could've done so in the first fight as well. Either way, I hope the parties who were incorrect will be man enough to admit it.

please you cant be that seriously ****** can you?

he says it because he is so full of himself that he has to make an excuse even when somebody puts up a great fight in order to protect his overrated greatness.

this is a guy who lives by the whole mantra of "the sport of boxing is about hitting and not getting hit." stop being such a shameless d*ck rider.

Floyd also said "Manny you are next!"

                      that never happened!

Floyd does not want to get into a war. He purposefully removed the KO artists weapon, his punchers gloves. It's all about "health comes first"
