        Lara's got a chip on his shoulder. And he's finally getting to express it. At least it wasn't totally random. Canelo's side has been talking trash since the beginning too. Its doing wonders for the hype! It's great!

        Why all the hate for Lara's trash talk? Like Cu****uy said***8230;it's doing great to sell the fight.

        They've both been talking mad trash since even before the fight was announced, which makes me love the anticipation for this fight!! And I know deep down, you guys love it too!!

        I told ya'll this week was gonna be awesome and its only Tuesday!!

          I don't know where Lara gets off dissing a first ballot hall of famer when he's getting dropped multiple times against the likes of Angulo and fighting to draws against Molina and Martirosyan. He's a talented fighter, but not nearly as good as he seems to believe.

            Anyway...yes I see your point. Dude helped build GB into an incredibly successful company. It sure seems that way on camera and in the tabloids but maybe its a different story in the office.

                    True. Before I was split on this fight, not on who I thought was going to win but who I was rooting for. I wanted both fighters to win for different reasons. Canelo because it will get a huge monkey off his back, that he can't beat boxers and I see him being the potential face of boxing once Floyd and Manny retire. Boxing needs a big young star. However, I also liked Lara's story of defecting from Cuba (As an A's fan, I respect his struggle since Yoenis Cespedes had to leave his home country as well) and being avoided. I also wanted to see him possibly fight Floyd.

                    Now with all this trash talking, I find myself wanting to see Canelo KO Lara. Trash talking is entertaining but there are different types. Keith Thurman's trash talk is cool and I can back that but this Broner-esque talk from Lara is annoying. It's one thing to say something here and there but it's like Lara is obsessed with Canelo and ODL. Also ODL is a first ballot HOF who Lara wishes he can have half the career he had, and you don't trash talk him like that.

                    If Lara does win, hopefully he can use that mouthpiece to get him a fight with Floyd or Cotto.
