Hopkins is either going to get brutalized or he will quit. War Kovalev. Hopkins has been a great but its time for a new era. Hopkins's career ends tonight and hopefully in brutal fashion. Hope he doesn't get too badly hurt as he is a legend.

I'm hoping the end of this fight is as violent as possible. The more destruction the better.

I am as well in a way but don't want the old man on a stretcher. Just a nice KO or a few KD's will do nicely.

Seems small, consider in this is for three world titles.
Not much for Hopkins either, but then it's more than he got for Pascal, Cloud, or Dawson.

It's not about the money in this fight for Kovalev, it's all about the result. A win opens a lot of doors. Lose and they're slammed shut.

Nobody can say who beats who when fighter A) was prime or in the year 19xx. That's nothing but hypothetical/subjectivity

                Marciano beats Tyson.

                Golovkin beats Haggler.

If Kelly Pavlik wasn't an alcoholic he would of beaten Hopkins 3 years before they fought.

De La Hoya beats Hopkins in the 90s.

Frazier would beat Ali in the 1980s

                See how silly that is?

A prime Hopkins beats Kovalev, in your opinion. But unfortunately for you and everyone else nobody knows that just like nobody knows that Golovkin would KO a prime Haggler.

But that's exactly what people will be clinging onto tonight when Kovalev ends Hopkins career. "Bbbbuutt prime Hop embarrasses Kovalev!"

                Okay
I don't think it's silly to think hof boxer and master diffuser of punchers Bernard Hopkins would beat a guy who's best win is Nathan Cleverly if he's anywhere near his best.

Obviously it's just my opinion but I think most people would share it.

The number one thing which compels people to watch sports is an unknown result.

A star fighting a bum doesn't inspire people. Hopefully the powers that be will start to realise that

14 lbs, or 6.35 kilos for Muricans, and for the rest of the world.

I'm actually pretty excited for this fight no matter how it goes. I think Kovo will probably KO him (unless B-hop gets 'hurt'). I don't think B-Hop has the power to keep Kovo off him, and while B-Hop is slick I don't think he's slick enough to not get hit all night.
