With all of Mayweather's connections in Nevada and in USADA, his change of body, and now his hands never get hurt...I'd say Mayweather has as a good of a chance to be juicing as anyone...
That USADA testing doesn't impress me one bit..especially when I hear he's asking for waivers. Why did Mayweather not want VADA testing when Pac's camp mentioned it?
Paulie's statements are pretty pointless and obviously he's bitter he just got KOed by Shawn Porter who also was hesitant to take blood tests when Kell Brook demand it himself...

Pacquiao was under the microscope for a few years after rising up through several weight divisions and destroying the competition.
During the first round of negotiations to make a fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr., speculation grew after Pacquiao refused to agree to Mayweather's demand for random drug testing. Pacquiao is now submitting himself to random drug testing protocols, but the Filipino star has not been the same fighter who destroyed a series of elite opponents. Pacquiao has not scored a stoppage victory since 2009, when he put away Miguel Cotto. At that time, Pacquiao stopped eight of eleven opponents during his peak run through the ranks.
