No. It think like most pro athletes users don't get caught until they are subjected to testing that yields the best chance of detecting use.

Asking a different opponent to take the tests then saying no testing is needed when he asks you do same tests is even more su****ious.

you know damn well pacquiao has a set schedule each year and he always fights around the 3rd or 4th month of the new year then later in november. they couldnt come to an agreement and the approach date was looming for pacquiao to get a fight signed and start training and start the promotion.

floyd and manny couldnt agree on a lot of things contrary to what was reported and pacquiao walked away and signed on to fight clottey.

the dude is a freaking politician and star in that country. He wasnnt gonna wait forever for flloyd.

Evidence should be conclusive. Meaning somebody has to actually witness dude sticking a needle in his arm, or somebody willing to step up and say they saw him drinking a banned substance.

Him beating cotto, or su****ious actions isn't real evidence. Sorry, Mayweather Sr saying he is juicing isn't evidence either, or posting before and after pictures of his head. If all that was legit, dude would be in court right now.

Tase like I said in my 1st post in the thread-there are instances where refusing to test is treated the same as testing positive. You can't get mad when I point this out.

You've had a number of reasons why manny didn't test. The only one you refuse to accept is not wanting to incriminate himself. You can keep pretending that is not a reason, others do not.

You will only accept a positive test as clear evidence because you know that isn't available because he wouldn't take tests that would have a better chance of catching use.

If you don't take Spanish class you won't get an A or an F. If not taking the best testing available isn't an issue for you, fine.

So basically manny is like a young girl who won't take a pregnancy test and you are her girlfriend who declares her not pregnant because there is no positive test.
