I picked Wlad points as I believe Pulev is tougher than folk give him credit for, possibly the toughest heavyweight around today, just simply poorer footwork than the champ.I really who is as athletic as the champ in the top 20 ? I don't see anyone who can match his speed, let alone his power and skill.
Kubrat really is a poor mans Wladimir in a sense.but what he lacks in skill,he makes up for in heart and doggedness.he certainly won't enter the ring injured, feign illness or lie to his fans, like some of these pathetic guys we have seen in the last few years.

I really don't see Kubrat racking up too many rounds but he could take 3-4 at a push, and that would be some achievement considering how good a boxer/fighter Wladimr is.
I see this fight panning out a little slower and tentative than the most recent ones like Pianeta and Thompson 2 fights.Wlad being a little more cautious until around the 5-6 round, instead of the customary couple.
Pulev won't be allowed to establish any kind of rhythm, and his late surge will be nullified through fatigue and the champions general shut outs we are accustomed too.
Kubrat will have to start quick, whether he does I'm not so sure.his key to victory is to beat Wlad to the jab and upset his rhythm early,so that he can drag Wlad into a battle, upon the champion dropping more early rounds than he has done in recent memory, bringing him out of his own gameplan.I don't feel Pulev will be able to sustain any real pressure over the duration of 2 full three minutes though, thus his downfall.
It's gonna be intriguing to see the champion against a big guy who wil refuse to bullied and knows how to fight dirty himself.a seasoned pro who has had a solid tutelage this far, unlike those pretenders Wilder and Price.
Privately I am hoping Pulev can upset Wlad's early rhythm as to make the champion get ruthless and comes out wanting to punish Pulev, without wanting it to go to the scorecards.in short bringing out the Wlad we all know is their, but lays too dormant for the early rounds,I wanna see 2-3 rounds of Wladimir at his aggressive best, like the eighth round against Wach where he threw more punches than any other round I can remember.I would be satisfied thereafter if the KO did not come.
In short I just wanna see a ruthless Wlad.,he promised he'd deliver against the Lionheart Leapai, and he was true to his word.same again here I wanna see a ruthless mid round surge, dispelling any chance of the fight going into the latter rounds.
