Lomachenko is simply a more fan and tv friendly fighter. I'm one of the few that actually appreciates Rigondeaux's skill but the guy just makes absolutely no offort to make the fight entertaining for paying fans.

I'd personally never pay to see him fight and i'm a hardcore boxing fan.

But again, I like Lomachenko but he and Zimming are not Rigo
He didnt insist on Agbeko. Rigo was offered come forward brawler Avalos 2x, passed each time cause he didnt like the 300k purse. Good luck wirh his purse demands if TR doesnt resign him

I like Rigondeaux but he is not an entertaining fighter. He and Lara are very similar in that way. They won't make the fight. They wait and wait for their opponents to make the fight. Gamboa on the other hand can be exciting and he like the other two Cuban amateur standouts is very gifted. Lomachenko has the skills and the exciting style to make him a star. I can now say that I actually anticipate his next fight. I was really impressed with his performance.

I love rigo's skills and talent!! he's one gifted boxer.. and I wont take any credit away from him.. BUT it's completely rigo's fault for looking bad! way way way too defensive.. he's a craftsmen in the ring.. where if he just took more risks and started ko'ing his overmatched opposition, instead of boxing circles around them.. he'd get a lot more exposure and $$.. or he can take the Mayweather route and talk a lot of shYt.. and look like a troll, that way people hate him and pay to see him lose!

Loma will have more opportunities just based on the fact that he made a decent (Russell) opponent look like an amateur and his talent for timing a fast fighter was very impressive.. that's why I'm not too sold Rigo beats Loma..

i would not put him in against someone who could knock him out with a lucky punch.

arum needs to play his cards right. Donaire would not be a good matchup in my view due to the potential of a lucky punch by Donaire landing.

We all know what happened to Vic and Donaire even dropped that tough African whose never been stopped. Now a lot of you haters dont like Donaire but you need to respect his power.

Loma is highly skilled and could be a major star. He's on his way up while Donaire is on his way down.

              Be smart, Arum.

I must admit bob arum wanted this fight but lomas team said no . They know rigo will beat him . Rigo wants this fight , let's do it .
Not so sure about that. Loma was huge compared to Russell. And Russell is quite a bit bigger than Rigo.

I don't see a good reason why Top Rank would resign him. Al Haymon can take Rigo after his last fight with Top Rank, and then he can match him with Russell Jr. Rigo's top class in boxing, but also top class in stinking the joint.

Give Lomachenko credit, he is one of those fighters who, when his promoter says "he wants to fight as good as we can get out there", you believe it.

Can't wait to see where his career goes from here.

It will probably be Lomachenko vs Gradovich next. And Donaire vs Walters. With the winners fighting each other.

                      Or maybe Loma vs Walters.

Either way those are all some interesting fights.
