I believe first time watching I definitely had it favoring Loma win
From round 6 I had it dead even and then on I personally thought Lomachenko was just easily take all but one rounds so by 5 points.
commentary bias?? did you watch the same broadcast as me cos the commentators had Loma winning by a comfortable margin as early as the 8th or 9th round, at that point they were talking about Russell trying to go for a KO lol were you watching Showtime broadcast or something else?

I had it 116-112. Loma allowed Russell to just outhrow him several rounds but Loma was better in pretty much ever other facet of the bout. Even the round (might have been the 5th) he took totally off, Russell threw about 100 punches and landed 2 or 3. This guy Loma......is the goods

I knew the europeans/white supremacists would come out and start calling this an easy fight, which is why I said post scorecards WITH EXPLANATIONS or don't post. GTFO here with 10-2 lol For at least the first 4 or 5 rounds, Loma stood too often not landing enough of his own work. What did you give him points for? For running forward and blocking punches? shiiiit!

Loma did some very good work but it was a damn close fight with Russell having no plan B for the second half of the bout.

I don't have it round by round. But I was keeping count in my own weird way.
(Like most of you I'm watching the fight in a bar and having fun.)

          Lomanchenko: 6 rounds (no doubt)
          Russell: 2 rounds (no doubt)

Lomanchenko 2: rounds - strong lean (Meaning it was more competitive.)

Lomanchenko: 2 rounds - very close. (Would have no real argument either way).

End result - anything from 10-2 to 8-4 Lomanchenko I'm fine with.

I had it 10-2 Lomo and it has nothing to do with race...I mean in those rounds you talk about WTF did Russell do to win those rounds? He out worked Lomo sure, but that doesn't mean anything if you're landing nothing and take a couple good shots yourself.

I think Russell won 2 of the first 5 or 6 rounds and then took two in the middle of the fight when Lomanchenko was all on defense. 8-4 is a very reasonable score.

The rounds where Russell won were close. Most of the ones in which Lomanchenko won were not.

For those scoring 10-2. I have no real problem with it. I didn't see Russell landing many punches in those rounds but he was dictating the tempo and making Loma react to him. Loma didn't land much either so BECAUSE Russell forced the tempo I would see giving him the two rounds.

I think the fight was very, very close, with Russell winning rounds on activity alone when it looked like Lomachenko just didn't want to do anything but he came back strong in the second half of the fight and imo edged by a single solitary point. Here's my card:

Round 1: 10-9 Lomachenko, not much in it but Loma landed the better punches

Round 2: 10-9 Russell, activity wins him the round with Loma responding only sporadically

                  Round 3: 10-9 Russell

                  Round 4: 10-9 Russell

Round 5: 10-9 Lomachenko, finally starts doing some of his own work, he can't match Russell's activity but his punches are harder and more accurate

Round 6: 10-9 Russell, this round pretty much represents the entire fight, did you like Russell's activity and constant pressure or Loma's bigger but far fewer shots?

Round 7: 10-9 Lomachenko, Russell drops in activity and gets caught often

Round 8: 10-10 Neither fighter does much to write home about

Round 9: 10-9 Russell, barely edges it in my opinion with a fast, active start but Loma finishes well

                  Round 10: 10-9 Lomachenko

                  Round 11: 10-9 Lomachenko

Round 12: 10-9 Lomachenko, the last 3 rounds are all Loma, Russell looks tired and hurt, activity levels drops and Loma really starts pounding on him. He really is a great finisher of fights.

                  115/114 Lomachenko
nah it was wider than that

No need to go all racist on here, your scoring is just plain bad.

Everyone else thinks so, you're the only one who thinks it was close, you and a female judge who should be banned from the sport.
