Al haymon's list doesnt matter. He's just a manager. It's the promoter who creates money for the fighter. Can Al haymon offer danny garcia 3M. I dont think so but GBP and Top rank can easily do that. At the end of the day, the fighter will go to the promoter who can offer them the biggest dolla (granting they are not signed with any promoter). And as a manager, Al should not be a hindrance and should always look for the biggest opportunities for his fighters. They said he's a good manager, so he should know that already.

PROMOTER
A Promoters assume the financial risk for an event, select the site, rent the ring and pay insurance. The less they pay any one fighter, the more they make.

MANAGER
The manager is beholden to an individual boxer, not the card. The manager ensures the boxer is being compensated for his work at it's highest possible value.In practice, the two should act as a counterbalance.

MANAGER = Agent
BOXER = Player

Team and Agent negotiate player's deals (contract)
Player agree's to contract and plays for team.
Agent makes his commission off of the players contract. Team makes
money off of Players talent.

Player is unhappy with contract, Agent contact's team to renegotiate.
Team doesn't want to negotiate, Agent advises not to play. Team has players rights, and player cannot play until the contract dispute is settle, or 2 years has passed due to anti-trust laws.
