I think what happens with Floyd's fight in September will say a lot.

Two things that as a boxing fan I don't understand:
1. Why do you care how much bank is in your fighter's pocket? Do you get a cut?
2. NO ONE AT TMT HAS A PROMOTER'S LICENSE. Look I'm going to type this up in capitals again. NO ONE.
Even if they did, and let's say for arguments sake that they use 50's SMS promotions, who do you think that is going to front the following;
1. The cost of the venue
2. Production
3. Mayweather's Purse
4. Undercard purse
So let's say, $100-$300 Mil. By everyone's estimates, Floyd is an investment in where SHO is losing money in his fights and gaining it elsewhere. So, do Ellerbe, Mayweather and 50(Haymon can't, because of the Ali act), invest that much in themselves in the hopes of getting money in return from SHO and sponsors? I don't think so.
In closing,
Thanks Oscar. May GBP prosper for getting rid of that snake

If Schaefer and Haymon do whatever is best for boxing, fans will support them.
Yes there is an anti Mayweather/Richard/Showtime/AlHaymon clan, people don't like them because they been winning just a little too much.
