Mayweather made Marquez fight at 146 when his heaviest weigh-in weight at that point had been 135. That's the equivalent of making a 154 lb fighter fight at 166.5 lbs - an 8%+ increase.

Won't happen. The first fight wasn't even close, it was a complete shut out.
Marquez at this point can't compete with boxers. He needs guys who come straight at him.

That and the fact Marquez is no longer with Golden Boy, but with Top Rank/Zanfer.

I definately don't want him to face Floyd but he stopped Amir Khan and knocked down NSB posters favourite ex-boyfriend... Lucas 'The Machine' M... Pathetic?? maybe your going a little bit over the top but I agree with your line of thought he's to sloppy for Floyd.

It won't happen, but if it did it would be funny if Marquez landed a steroid punch that knocked Mayweather out.

This is a classic example of pushing an agenda. The guy just fought 2 weeks ago, and know you got a certain fighters fan base pushing a "cherry picking" agenda of Floyd, when he hasn't even discussed a opponent.

Whose your favorite fighter going fight this fall?

When Floyd fights Marquez, its a cherrypick.

Yet Pac can fight Marquez 34725897438957396 times and its perfectly fine.

Just shows you that Floyd is on a completely other level

bro to add some people believe JMM won all 4 fights and PAC is the cherry pick of marquez....

IMHO this is the best time to make the PAC-PBF fight as I read somewhere Team Mayweather will be choosing his september opponent and Manny is free....

and JMM is not even a GBP fighter, but really I do not know why some floyd fans seems not to keen on PAC-PBF from happening?
