Pretty much sums up the fight. Both won their fair share early on but Floyd dominated mid way threw round 8 and on. The final low blow by Maidana was the turning point.

        No!

Maidana couldn't keep the pace for 12 rounds is what it was. Go look at the Broner fight. Same thing happened and Broner started coming on but fortunately for Maidana, he as able to connect and knock down Broner one more time.

If Maidana was able to be consistent, you would be seeing what you saw in the early rounds also happen in the later rounds. It actually did happen but not as often. Again, just because Maidana got tired.

Floyd has fought opponents WAAAY better, faster, stronger, bigger, better footwork than Marcos He overpowered Canelo and actually walked him down. I knew he would be too strong for Marcos.

Marcos didnt fight that Floyd. This Floyd was weak, no pop, flashy soft punches. Against Nelo he buckled him with a stiff jab in the 4th round and I have doubts Marcos can last 4 rounds with Nelo. Btw, I called this fight a draw. No way did Floyd win, but Marcos didnt completely dominate. So I aint biased.

In your mind, maybe that is what happened but in reality, Maidana won most of the early rounds then got tired and gave Floyd the chance to win some rounds.

If Maidana had P.Williams type stamina and work-rate, Floyd would be in trouble for all 12 rounds! It had less to do with Floyd and all to do with Maidana.

Oh yeah, giving Maidana them pillow gloves instead of his puncher gloves, .... well, that was the real turning point!

Im not one to ignore effective aggression. When Marcos is outworking Floyd and Floyd is blocking, at the same time his whole body is rocking from the power. Then he doesnt throw any punches the entire round. I could give it to Marcos or maybe a draw. Floyd aint do shiet.

Floyd didn't "stand there". Maidana chased him and swarmed him. Floyd took over when Maidana got too tired to give chase and stood at range getting hit with jabs and crosses.

Canelo just stood there at range the whole time. With aggressive swarmer footwork like Maidana he would be a total bully.
Agreed. Floyd largely did what Marcos let him, that's Canelos pride talking: "he knows who he can move against". pfft, that loss was on you being complacent, lacking activity, and being timid Canelo.

He is, but that's nothing new, it's expected from Mayweather at this point. And that doesn't mean he doesn't think it wasn't close.

It's clear that Floyd fought two different fights all on his own. Watch him be accused of "running" in the rematch, despite him being accused of losing his legs now and Maidana getting all the credit for swarming him. It will be funny stuff.

Canelo fought Floyd the same way he fights every other fighter. Floyd id not fight Canelo the same way every fighter fights Canelo. You will see the same "complacent", "Timid" Canelo against Lara.

Your two gifs are two great examples. Maidana supposedly didn't let Floyd move, yet your gifs clearly show Mayweather making absolutely zero attempts at moving away from Maidana. In fact, when Maidana stops swarming him in your gif, Mayweather comes back to him instead of stepping away to make space for himself.

Floyd is probably happy as hell that fans think he lost his legs, that Maidana forced him to fight that way. Because now, for the fans doubting him, he will happily outbox Maidana to a 12 round wide UD to prove a point, and he loves boxing, he does not like brawls or inside fighting. It will be two completely different fights and those thinking that Maidana really made Floyd fight that way, and it was not Floyd's choice will be bitterly shocked and just insult Floyd anyway for a boring UD in a rematch.

Floyd didn't "stand there". Maidana chased Mayweather in the majority of the fight back him and swarmed him. Floyd took over when Maidana got too tired to give chase and stood at range getting hit with jabs and crosses.

Your ignorant statement proves your another pretender who didn't actually see the fight (probably because your poor). In the majority of the fight, Mayweather backed himself up into the ropes allowing Maidana swing wildly & freely (missing over ,80% of his shots). So anywho, next work some overtime at whatever fast food palace you work at and buy the fight!:****you:
