So in summary, nobody out there right now!!!
Closest guy in recent memory that I thought Definitely had a GREAT shot was Paul Williams.
Floyd wanted no parts of Paul Williams or Margarito in their prime as welterweights. Both were tall fighters and would have given Floyd a lot of problems that is why Floyd stayed away from them.

He routinely gave up his (sizable) physical advantages so that he could brawl with guys half his size. He fought like a ******. Again - The Martinez KO is a perfect example of that. Instead of staying on the outside and fighting smart he decides to brawl with a smaller man and ended up unconscious for it.

And from what I recall, the Margarito fight was fairly close. Not discrediting the win, but it wasn't a blowout or domination by any stretch of the imagination.

He was overrated as **** when he was fighting and even more so now that people feel sorry for him because he's paralyzed.

Same thing with Valero only even MORE overrated because he's dead.
You are not analyzing this correctly. Williams had trouble with southpaws. Quintana, Martinez and Lara are all southpaws.

Even then, Quintana got KOed in the second fight and Martinez had enough power to neutralize Williams constant offense. Floyd doesn't have that.

Williams would be able to "see" and "hit" Floyd where others would have difficulty. Reasons are due to Williams being southpaw, his reach and height advantage. Also, Williams had a work-rate that kept on coming from round 1 to 12 no matter who he faced. He had great stamina.

Williams would be all wrong for Floyd. Floyd likes a slow paced fight where he sees everything that's coming at him. That is not Williams.

Neither did Cotto or Pacquiao. Lets not re write history.

Pacquiao wanted no part of Mayweather. Rejecting 40 Million just proves it.

No such thing as a prime Mayorga.
