It takes Floyd time to figure his opponent out. Id say around round 5.

In what round would Gennady Golovkin KO Floyd Mayweather?

No hypocrisy on this thread. The thread is simple.
Larry X and the other fella are simpletons.
There is practically no chance of Floyd being able to defeat GGG under any reasonable circumstances. Fact!
Floyd may be either the or something close to lb for lb TBE but there is no "master plan" that would enable him to "take" Golovkin.
And as another guy has already correctly pointed out, how can a guy who just struggled badly with Marcos Maidana be expected to survive Golovkin? It doesn't make intuitive sense at all!

cliff notes:
Ggg vs Floyd @154
Or
GGG vs ward @160

Roberto Duran, who was shorter and had less reach than Floyd, moved up to middleweight and defeated Iran Barkley, who was bigger than Golovkin.
But Floyd isn't as good as Duran, and would be KOed by Gennady.
What round would the KO happen?

He is not fighting a 160 pounder.
The question you should be asking is in which round will Andre Ward, Froch or Bernard Hopkins KO Golovkin if Golovkin developed the guts to fight them instead of chasing after a mid-level opponent in Chavez Jr. or Rubio.

Or he can climb to 168, beat the champions there and earn his own glory like many past ATG did.
