This rematch needs to happen later this year at 140 or 147. I don't care it just needs to happen.

Not at 147, Matthysse is already a small JWW (or Garcia a big one). LM shouldn't even be moving up.

Get the rematch on the Sept undercard, same as last year but with Bayless or someone competent as ref.

We are making progress. Lucas went from talking retirement to growing some courage and is just now uttering Garcia's name again. This time he gets stopped. Chin has been compromised and it showed in his last fight.

Lucas asked for a rematch from the get-go. Garcia was the one who said he didn't want none. The same way he did when Herrera asked for one.
