Is There a Chance Mike Alvarado beats JMM

It's likely. Alvarado can box and ****, do a little bit of both. He's tall at like 5' 10"? He has longer reach, and he is bigger, probably 158-160 on FN. I actually see it in favor of Alvarado and don't really know why so many people think JMM will win with no possibility of MA winning. I felt the same way about Marquez-Bradley, stylistically TB was a bad fight for JMM but I scored it a draw. Maybe this fight will be yet another Draw/controversial fight. I think it's either 50-50 or Alvarado wins. I would love to be wrong however.

Why do people keep on saying Alvarado should stick and move? Alvarado will be like 10-15 pounds heavier than JMM. He needs to pressure him and fight a close inside fight like Katsidis did, who gave JMM hell. Also the same way Alvarado beat Herrera.
Bradley barely beat JMM by outboxing him, and Alvarado is no where near the boxer Bradley is.Last edited by DoktorSleepless; 04-25-2014, 04:05 PM.

Marquez is old, and Alvarado is absolutely massive compared to him. This will not be easy and Marquez could lose.

Marquez is old and unless he's on something I don't picture him beating a much taller much larger man but then again were talking about a ATG. 50/50

JMM didn't look too bad vs Bradley whereas Alvarado didn't even look himself vs Provodnikov...he just got his ass kicked straight up
who's to say the guy has much left? i wouldn't be surprised if that whiny piss drinker makes this an easy fight

JMM hasn't beat anyone of note above 140 besides PAC. Likar Ramos and Fedchenko? Alvarado is easily better than both.
Alvarado has a chance if he's not shot. It's actually an interesting fight. JMM might have had a better chance against Provodnikov oddly IMO.
