The porter-thurman clash is starting to build up, much like the mosely-forrest fight had buildup because of their amatuer fights.. if porter-thurman materializes possibly next year, it will be a huge fight, with major implications... but there are two guys who could possibly spoil this clash, in julio diaz and kell brooks.

Michelle Joy Phelps, 'diehard boxing fan', didn't listen to a word he said, texted the whole time. Way to go, MJP.

Will be interesting to see if Thurman can back up his boasts in the next 18 months. 147 is stacked. Him and Canelo at 154 could be interesting too.

I think one time knocks diaz out in 6 or 7.... but the build up to the porter/thurman fight is growing stronger and it should be a good fight especially if porter comes out how he did against malignaggi.

Don't ride the Porter hype train just as yet. Yes he beat Paula bad and worse than all of the stars that did it but it was also a past primed Paula who can't punch. He still gets credit for the victory not taking nothing away from it. Porter is more notable for the Alexander win cause Devon is tough and can punch but slow on his feet. Thurman would've knocked Paula ou also but the difference is when Porter Thurman happens Porter will be facing a guy that can box, use his feet, has speed and had power and once Porter feels Thurman's power he will be hesitant to just come in and bum rush him as he does all of his opponents. Once plan A goes out the window Thurman will pick him apart and KO him. It won't go the distance. Porter is too wide on his punches. Will get One Timed 9th or 10h round for San Diego lol.
