Like I said before, I don't think Arum was eager to do the fight either. The reason I mention Mayweather directly is because he always says he's his own boss.

At the time Arum was making those excuses, Mayweather tried to deal directly with Konsz and Pacquiao. He offered them a 40m flat fee....lol. Arum wasn't even involved with that so we can leave out whatever he was saying.

Lol at bob arum creeping around at 615... Dude looked high or drunk

He clearly says that they didn't agree to blood testing the first time, and that was the perfect time to have that fight around May 2010.. I don't know how you can let drug testing interfere with your biggest bout and biggest fight of the era.. So I kinda gotta blame manny.. Floyd hasn't shown much interest since

They haven't wanted to deal with each other since that happened if you pay attention. Hell Arum has stated on a various occasions that he would never sit down with GBP to even attempt to make the fight. So hmmmm, let's see. The feelings seems to be mutual between the two since the first failed attempt. But if you keep up, that shouldn't come as a surprise.

        Flustered? Kid please.
NO! You do not get it! It is ok for Arum to say he's not going to negotiate with anyone from GBP for the fight to happen, but Floyd is the devil for requesting that Manny leave Arum so they can make the fight happen.

Pacquiao has always been the B side. It's like you're trying to say Mayweather is a ****** who wouldn't have known that he was the bigger draw in 09/10 but he only realised later.

"I've done my homework on what Pacquiao gets paid" -2012. So it took him 3 years to find this out? LOL....sure.

Most rational people already knew this. Just took the slow ones a little longer. The even dumber ones still don't get it.

Yeah because offering a flat fee with no PPV is trying to make the fight

The publicity stunts worked because the two fighters fanbases are dumb enough or so far up the arse of their idols that they can't see straight.

Yeah because Arum wants that money too!

That said, I did manage to hear him say at some point that it is both fighter's fault the fight hasn't happened. I also caught the most important point, that Mayweather is unlikely to risk retiring undefeated. Given that he is currently giving all kinds of "reasons" to not face Pacquiao, while Manny is saying 'let's do it', it's obvious that Floyd doesn't want the fight.
More like you pick and choose what you want to believe when it comes to the Mayweather-Pacquiao topic. Floyd and Manny are just barking without biting, but some people choose to see one side doing the talking while ignoring the other side. How many times have we heard Manny said it's up to his promoter? Or the times he has constantly stated he wants the fight, but he won't even take the initiative to let his manager to call Floyd's manager to make things happen, he just says things that his fans and media wants to hear just like Floyd.

Floyd has already called him once, and Manny turned down Floyd's offer, and although it was a low-ball offer at the time, Manny should have been more familiar with the situation[Negotiation issues with Hatton] and should've attempt to find the middle ground to worked out the issues, but he hung up and nothing serious has taken place since then. Manny is a quiet guy, but he has proven to be just as egotistical as Floyd when it comes to negotiating, but he doesn't get the same media backlash as Floyd because of the way he conducts himself outside of the ring and has a better PR team compared to Floyd.
