Boy Maidana is fat! He looks like the Michelin man.

Looks like he has made his money and just wants to collect.

He didn't weigh in unofficially for Oscar, Hatton, Marquez, Mosley, Cotto or Guererro.

He weighed in unofficially at 149 against Baldomir (Fight before Oscar), he weighed 150 unofficially for Ortiz and 150 unofficially for Canelo.

His 30 day weigh in weight for Guererro was 148 lbs and his 30 day weigh in weight for Maidana is 149 lbs.

His fight with Oscar in 2007, he weighed in for the weigh in at 150 lbs.

His fight with Cotto in 2012, he weighed in for the weigh in at 150 lbs.

        It's not rocket science.

For 50% of the posters on this forum it must be. They keep trying to tell the rest of use he's a Gorilla who should be at 160.

He's also in clearly better shape than Maidana at this point in time. He doesn't have the extra flab to lose, Maidana does.
Exactly. These kids dont realize how strong he is. Ask Oscar, Canelo, Mosley and Cotto.

Cant wait until May 4th so sick of these ******ed Maidana fan boys. He will do whatever he pleases vs Maidana. With no resistance.

Floyd is obviously extremely insecure and also extremely egotistical.

The reason he was jealous of Oscar throughout their careers is because he wanted everything Oscar had.

I don't know that for a fact but it seems pretty obvious to me considering Oscar had not only done it previously but more importantly done it for the their fight. It's no coincidence he stopped being weighed unofficially from his very next fight onward until the Ortiz fight.

Floyd has no reason to hide his weight. We know what his weight is.

Floyd had two reasons to hide his weight.

            1) He was much heavier than Marquez, 155lbs plus, he already received a lot of flak for fighting a blown up superfeatherweight, this would have added more fuel to the fire.

            2) His weight was only slightly higher than his weigh in weight which was 146lbs, above the agreed catchweight limit he had with Marquez, which would prove he deliberately cheated Marquez on the scales as he could have easily made weight if he wanted to and he would have received more criticism for this.

The explanations are far more valid than your theory IMO

              Was Oscar hiding his weight?

He followed Oscar's ways of being a diva.
I think he refused to give a fightnight weight for the JMM fight because of all the BS of him paying to be allowed to be heavier. He thought, that if he gave his fightnight weight, people would discredit the fight even more so he just refused in a calculated manner. No divaism.

So what's his reason for not weighing unofficially for Hatton, Mosley, Cotto or Guererro aswell?

Being at 150 doesn't prove he could make 144. He's not been lower than 146 in many years prior to 2009.

The correlation is obvious, your theory is baseless.

My theory is based off the fact that he weighed unofficially until Oscar refused to be weighed for their fight. He then followed suit since.

What was Oscar's reason for not weighing unofficially? What was he hiding?

Ok so why didn't he weigh for the Hatton fight? Or the Mosley one?

Oh look, the 3 fights directly after Oscar refused to weigh himself for their fight, he didn't. No correlation?

Only when people started saying he's a big welterweight did he unoffically weigh himself for the Ortiz fight. IMO to prove a point.

He looked pretty tiny in there against Alexander, who bullied him for much of the fight.

And Alexander is not a big welter himself.

For future reference these are big welters
