He has gone down weight classes in the latter part of his career.

I honestly think it was to get away from guys the same size with power to KO him with one shot.

I questioned Clottey's power and I still do in a sense but coincidentally Pacquiao was asked recently who hit him the hardest and he replied by saying that Clottey was very heavy handed but couldn't understand why Clottey didn't want to throw.
