one thing i notice is during the 4th marquez fight when manny got knocked out, when manny came back to his senses, i saw ariza gave him a hug then and wipe the sweat off manny's face, then u see roach in the back ground with a dull look on his face like manny just let him down or something. it was like roach was more concern about winning than what just happened to manny. either that or roach just didnt wanna show his feelings in front of everyone at the time.
Yea i just dont think Roach shows his emotions to the public too much. c'mon mannys his little son, hell he even hired a FILIPINO as his successor , Marvin something at wildcard. Manny gave Freddie all his success and a lil vice versa

The thing that made me feel this way is an article a few years ago about roach and arum's relationship. In that article it was saying roach went to arum to tell arum that roach has this new fighter that can be turn to a potential super star and then I think in one of pac's early fights with roach, roach didn't wanna train PAC or something for a certain match or roach didn't have too much confidence in manny but then PAC ended up winning that match.

pacquiao never even hurt Bradley in the first fight, now he is supposed too destroy him? marquez showed he could hurt pacquiao. he hurt pacquiao in the first fight. wobbled him in the second fight and finished him in the fourth fight. and when I say marquez damn near finished him in the 3rd round of the 4th fight, im saying that in response too people saying the ko punch was lucky and manny was dominated the fight. marquez had just dropped pacquiao a couple of rounds before he ko'd him. how was he being dominated?

Is fighter of the decade...that's never changing for that period, Pacquiao's era.

And considering he'll probably be able to feast on the Rios's and Alvarado's of the sport when he's 40 and shot, he could fight on. Which is very sad.

So what? He lost within that decade. Did you not read what I replied to? Read it again slowly and see what is trying to be said.
