On a serious note...quite a few people have called him out and none of those matches were made except Stevens (lol?). This is the second time chavez called him out and honestly its a good fight. I dont even know when Ward is fighting gain, froch has a fight coming up he very well may lose and Lara, while a cery interesting matchup isnt as good a matchup as Chavez at 168. Big fan of GGG and I'm not sure he's in a position YET to call shots so right now it's his team doing the talking and backtracking. Would I favor sergio mora over GGG? No but ggg looking good vs Mora would be more impressive than anything he does when they chose andy lee at the time.


Ggg doesnt seem the type to duck and once his name is bigger and has more pull I'm sure we'll see these matchups.

I can defend this fight because it's business. The same way I defend Floyd and others for taking the money fights. And nobody can ever accuse me of being a GG fan boy. Dollar for dollar Froch is probably the bigger fight, especially if they have the fight at Wembley. But it doesn't make GG a star in the US, which is what the ultimate goal is I think. So I can understand this play from a GGs team prospective. But I just hate the hypocricy in the matter. Kill Floyd and others yet defend GG? Who has a lot more to prove than Floyd IMO.

ggg loves stalking movers runners but fighter who would make him think twice about stalking is a problem

Yes, Chavez Senior is a big puncher but this is not about him and obviously you weren't talking abut Junior because everyone knows he is not a big puncher. 2 KO's in his last 10 fights doesn't even classify him as a puncher let alone a big puncher.

He only ducked Lara, people ignore double standards when its a fighter they like.

GGG team KNOWS Quillin fights on showtime and is with GBP but when on to call him out anyway and try exposing him as a duck. However when Lara went and called out GGG, his team said "Oh hes with showtime, we are looking for someone who can fight on HBO" they didnt apply that same logic with Quillin because they know they can beat Quillin..ofcourse everyone ignores this though.
