There was a guy who spoke Russian here and, after the fight, I've asked what Kov said... It was something about "running", I guess...

Interesting. I remember a while back there where talks of him being really racist or whatever, and maybe it was something along those lines. I have also heard others say he mentioned his mother...but I dunno. Thanks though, I can only imagine the things he would want to say to Adonis if they ever faced off!

and i dont know that b-hop would put on a display against Kovalev. all i see with that guy Kovalev is a lot of KO's in his future. and b-hop doesnt strike me as elite I'm just sorry, but he doesnt. hes not a p4p great anymore buddy. hes great in the sense that hes still boxing now even at 49 years old and still winning but Kovalev is a different animal.

The guy may be racist -- Russians often are... I've seen some vids on YouTube with a young American black comedian (or something like this) who was traveling across Russia, and he strongly advised black Americans not to go there...

Soviet LHW puncher who stopped future Champion Marvin Johnson and won Olympic gold in 1972. Waste of talent who was burnt out and an alcoholic by his mid 20's but still managed to beat Michael Spinks right before he retired when he was already past it.
