Mayweather vs Pacquiao for Floyd' 50th fight.....

Floyd beating Pacquiao for his 50th fight after his Showtime contract is up will be the biggest thing for his legacy. Yes 08-09 is when we really got thirsty for the fight but if he did it for his 50th fight, in 20-30 years it will be a much more significant win than ever in his career.

i personally think he should save the pac fight for his 100th fight. would mean a lot more when you look back at it

I envision Floyd a toothless bum in NY talking it up how President Manny was on WW2 kind of PEDS.

He got ktfo by Pac in his 50th fight btw.

Mannys had plenty of opportunities to make the fight in the past. They don't want it. It's not rocket science.

i thought floyd was unwilling to work with top rank since he left so how was the fight going to happen? pretty strange when they agree to all his demands then he changes his tune to oh sorry i forgot that i don't work with top rank. it was a nice publicity stunt pretending he wanted to fight pac but his bluff got called.

i really don't blame him for pretending to negotiate. he essentially beat the fans to the punch with the first round of pretend negotiations. if he just ignored pac then people would say oh look he's ducking!(he learned this from the cotto fiasco) obviously everything fell apart and he was exposed when he refused to fight even though he got everything he wanted but it wasn't a bad strategy. to this very day some people still believe he wanted the fight.
