Both are very good but Vitali wins by KO because while they are both great punchers and fighters Wlad has an average chin and must always be careful. Vitali has an iron jaw and can take more chances. Vitali would make it a war and even though Wlad might hit a bit harder and box as well or better, his chin would fail him against the mighty Vitali.
