When reality settles, you might realize he's doing a variation of "Knee ups".
Obviously Justin more than likely is requiring Pac to explode upwards on each Knee Up to improve his leg strength. It's a great workout to increase his explosive power when it comes to getting in and out quickly and with power.
Justin is not a push over that is why, I saw the videos of Pac training they were short clips but he is busting his but with the ropes, the plyos everything, when he was with Ariza he was doing them half assed, Pacmans shadow boxing was looking fast too, the same type of speed he had at featherweight.
But the real question is how is his chin? Rios nearly knocked him out with a grazing jab causing pac to hold on for dear life.
I dont believe pac is working on kneeing. hes just doing high knees an exercise and fortune is using the pads as a height meter to make sure manny gets them up high. IMO anyway i'm pretty sure thats whats going on.
yup, because Pacman used to do them half assed under Ariza. Fortune doesn't joke around, people forget he was the one who transformed Pacman into the high work horse with crazy stamina at 122-130. Pacman looked like **** when Fortune left, that was the Barrera rematch.
They are working his core, Fortune is making sure Pac has muscle endurance the type he used to have at featherweight.

Fortunately Bradley doesn't have the pop to KO Pac with a stiff jab. But the question is, what if an overhand fight or straight right gets in....
