I don't buy ppv of anybody i'm not excited to watch...period! If i don't care for that fighter rather it's he's fighting style, personality or whatever...i'm not buying!
you dont understand capitalism, then. People buy 100 dollar jeans all ripped. Why żżżżż understand marketing brainwash. I hate floyd with passion and pay to see him lose. I am brainwashed. The minute he loses, his ppvs will plummet unless he fights a well known fighter which in that case, people will pay to see the other guy. Look, maidana has fans that travel many miles from south america, if floyd fights say in bolivia, you think many fans will fly there żżżż nope.

learn marketing and economics, idyot. By the way, who cares how much that ****** trash makes żżżż that doesnt make you the best and he will not write you a check either. Just like books, a book considered a best seller is not a synonim for good book.

YOU'RE wrong most people who buy Floyd's fight are the casual black folks who really don't follow boxing and the only black name IN boxing from when they USED to watch boxing in the 90s...is Mayweather....at least 350-400K just hear Floyd's name and buy the PPV....Broner get his act together there are MILLIONS of dollars waiting for him.

You seem to forget that he was fighting Canelo and Matthyse vs Garcia was on the undercard.

Floyd does big numbers because he always has to have another name with him and they try and stack the undercards not to mention it isn't a coincidence he fights on the 2 biggest Mexican holidays of th year, and when he fought Guererro that PPV didn't do a million buys because nobody knew him.

Also, Canelo is 22. Mayweather was not pulling those types of numbers at that age. Nobody outside of hardcore fans even knew who he was at 22.

Also, Floyd didn't have a big PPV until he fought Oscar the previous cash cow on the end of his career and Floyd slid into Oscars dates in May & Sept.

At 22 yrs old fighting Angulo, who once again outside of hardcore fans nobody knows) and doing these #'s is very good and they will only improve.

Quit hatin on Canelo just because at 22 he's already ONE of the biggest names in boxing.

I dont think so to be honest. Canelo is stuck, he is rumored to be setting up a Molina fight in July meaning hes yet again avoiding a lara fight(Cmon now lets not even go there and say Canelo-Molina is more intriguing than Lara-Canelo) and hes honestly too short for 160.. I can see him fighting Peter Quillin but where does he go from there? I dont think hes "The next big thing" in Boxing. Just because hes only 23 doesnt mean he HASNT peaked, he just started fairly early. He DID look good and clearly hes an intelligent fighter but I just see him losing more than winning in potential matchups in the future. Then again he could quite possibly be the next De la Hoya and be a huge draw despite losing ALL of this big fights.

I have no doubt GB can make the same making a fight with Canelo vs Delvin Rodriguez who just lost against Cotto. Anyway Canelo is always looking for easy fights to increase his numbers. I hope that soon he star making real fights, with real challenge instead of predictable fights for him to win, like Lara, Kirkland, GGG. Lets see real fights!!!. I'm proud I didn't paid for this silly fight last weekend jaja. Please, don't say he is not making easy fights due to Mayweather fight. This is the exception because everybody want to loose against Mayweather and is not a risk because this didn't count to any fighter. Mayweather is in another galaxy and the profits are exceptional
nothing this idiot says is relevant.

just another fanboy of the cuban track team

I can't trust anything Schaefer or Espinoza ever says though.
Uhhhhh they released the revenue generated though, 20 million. That's when you know it's real. When they don't release the revenue generated, like Arum never does, you know they're probably lying.
