Youre too much of a hardcore fan,you should be ashamed of yourself......just like you i went for angulo but i predicted in a post at the begining of the week"canelo was gonna dominate in the center of the ring,and angulo was gonna have his best shot against the ropes"..that being said my official prediction was a spectacular performance by canelo with a 11 rnd tko...i was off by a rnd,but angulo was clearly getting whooped,and taking big shots...this was a fight on the big stage and it showed canelo is possibly the next star of boxing...angulo showed heart but was outgunned from begining to end...accept it. I was definitely a little bit wild, caught up in the moment. I have cooled down since then lol. I tend to get a tad crazy for the fights of my fav fighters, emotions run high specially when they are wars.

I still really dislike Phony Weeks though. Let them fight, the event was called Toe-To-Toe, it was expected to be a war... let it be. They should give Bayless all of the main events. Virgil is incompetent as well, he opened the doors for the stoppage. Angulo has been in much worse conditions before, he was fine, just a bad stoppage. Anything can happen in boxing and they were getting into the championship rounds.

Those stats are misleading bc all of those the vast majority were at half strength if that. Not gonna beat the dead horse either, but honestly I don't think you could even begin to say Angulo came to fight. It was pretty blatantly obvious if you ask me.

On the posting issue I feel you completely. I used to just read on here. But 21 (15 from before this night) in 8 years? I'm sorry but I find it pretty odd you haven't wanted to post in all these years but did for this fight? Wasnt really monumental to make a point of posting? No offense, just VERY peculiar

I've heavily edited my post since you posted this, but like I said, I just post when the feeling hits me. Nothing I post on is monumental, and sometimes it's not even that important to the sport. I kind of just get in there when something piques my interest. It's usually when I see something that I think is unfair that I choose to opine though.

As far as Angulo, I suppose we'll agree to disagree, because we're on opposite sides of the spectrum

Disgraceful performance from Angulo. Kids down my local boxing gym would have put on a more dignified performance. Yes they would have got ko'd within the first 10 seconds, but at least they would have thrown their one or two punches with some intent.

I guess I can't complain about the stoppage but damn. Did Angulo have somebody threaten his family or something? He looked slow, tentative, and overall just sluggish. Did someone poison his water bottles? He looked horrible. I've never been a Canelo fan but I have to admit that he did his job. He was compact, fast and accurate with his punches. But what the hell happened to Angulo?

So you saw valid reasoning as unfair and chose to opine? What? Have you ever seen El Perro fight before? Seems like you haven't. As a reference please go watch his fights against Lara, Kirkland, or anybody else he has fought. You will see a completely different fighter. He is known for his power punching. He's a BRAWLER and did not throw one bomb tonight. Then come back and explain the pitty pat pillow punches he was throwing out there with Canelo.

You are a true embarrassment dude. Angulo was the perfect example of the fighter that needed to be protected from himself tonight. He wasn't even remotely competitive, was getting blasted with the cleanest shots it is possible to get hit with all night long, and wouldn't go down or quit. He wasn't going to land a big shot, he wasn't going to some how will out a victory, all he was going to do is take more punishment, and possibly end up hurt permanently.

Its quite disgusting that you would wish for something like that to happen to someone you claim is one of your favorite fighters.
