What facts....he's a *** offender. That all we need to know.

If this is the case, I apologize to Molina for my earlier rant. Its kind of a tricky deal when it involves teenagers. I had the same girlfriend from about 10th grade and until I was about 21-22. And she was two years younger than me. And I'm sure I'm far from in the minority on that. So a lotta people, myself included, could be in the situation Molina is in now. If what you are saying is accurate.

Lawrence Taylor is now a "*** offender" because he ****** a 16yr old ********** after she told him she was 19. That's a lil different from some freak praying on kids.

The undercard is just being torn apart, once incident after another.

And the funny thing is I think he would beat Charlo and put real money on it but if he does make it to the ring, I hope Charlo win....It would be the best 200.00 I've ever lost.

I don't care if he was 18 and she was 15....if you are 17 and dating someone that 15, once you turn 18...dump the b>itch...and get some grown up chocha.

He makes me want to puke.
The law is the law. But sometimes common sense needs to be applied. I'm pretty sure if you're at least 20, you took a female home from the club or bar and did your thing. Don't you think its a lil unfair for you to be labeled a *** offender the rest of your life if she ends up being 16, when you met her in an enviorment that was supposedly 18 and up? I hate *** offenders. In lockup, I refused to be housed with a C****. But IMO the scenario I just described shouldn't be a *** offense.

Any person that I've ever hooked up with, I've asked their age. No excuses in this day and age.

A *** offender and child ******er are the same thing....a person who violates someone ***ual liberties. Molina needs to castrated for violating a minor.

I hear what you saying and pretty much agree with it, A Neighbor moved into our neighborhood and got a flyer came in my mail so i looked dude up on the internet and dude *** crime was public urination lol so I know it can get silly.

FYI C**** never get housed with GP (general population) so you will never have to refuse to be housed with one unless you already in there for a *** crime then you fools are going into the same unit.

But in all fairness we dont know **** about the circumanstance of Molina case, looks like he was a teenager when it happened, 12 years ago he hasnt been in trouble with the law since. Everyone deserves a second chance I doubt it was child ******ation what he was accused he did or else his charges would have read child ******ation.

there it is, I have no problem alot of poor dudes get caught up like that. Explains why he didnt have to register no where else but that shitty state and their backedward laws.

"In 2001, when he was 18 years old -- and I'm just learning all this this week -- he got arrested for statutory ****. She was 16 or 15, two teenagers," Margules, who is also an attorney, said. "Not knowing how it would impact his life at all, he pled guilty to time served in Appleton, Wis., and did three years probation and never registered as a *** offender. That was what the warrant was for. I worked it out.

"We spoke to Wisconsin and we agreed on a $10,000 bond. We had a bond hearing (Thursday morning in Las Vegas). I posted the bond. He was supposed to be out by 10 or 11 and be at the press conference. Then we found out there was an immigration hold."

Molina was born in Mexico but has lived in the United States since he was 4, has a child here and what Margules described as a "common law wife of 11 years."

"I thought he was a citizen. He was a permanent resident," Margules said.
