Today's boxing fans kill me. Most of ya'll are nothing but d1ck riders and hop on every d1ck of the month. What purpos does Canelo have to duck Lara? Canelo lost to Floyd, the best fighter in the world. Lara got his ass kicked by Molina. He was getting his ass kicked by the guy Canelo's about to fight. There's absolutely no reason for Canelo to be worried about Lara. And I'm by no means a Canelo fan. I think he's a hypejob and I'd be rooting for Lara if they fought. But there's absolutely no reason Canelo to avoid Lara.

Lara looks impressive for the first time against a top fighter against Trout. The guy is coming off his 1st loss, to Canelo nonetheless , and he calls out another guy coming off his first loss yet gets praised while Canelo trying to bounce back gets hammered and called a "duck"for fighting Angulo a bit of hypocrisy there.
The fight will happen he just admitted it that it will go down when it's necessary this whole fast food mentality of "I want it, and I want it now" is ridicolus both guys keep winning and it will happen this year.

Anyone who thinks Lara should sit around quiet in hopes that GB gives him a money shot is naive.
Lara needs to continue calling out ANYONE and garner more interest whether via twitter or whatever social outlet.
Lara vs Canelo has been brewing for a WHILE yet some so called fans fall back on well "Lara should rematch Molina first" are the same idiots which complain about bad style match ups and fights being boring. Who the fuck wants to re-watch that shit?

Nah haters are just gonna hate, simple as that, Angulo gave Lara the toughest fight of is career and sent him to canvas for the first first time of his career twice, no Molina, no Williams, no Martirosyan, no Trout ever came close to that, and you call Angulo a cherrypick? SMH..........................
Isn't Angulo the only other guy apart from a lucky shot from Ishida who sent Kirkland to the canvas and gave him hell on the first round of their fight?
Someone tell me If I don't get it right, Angulo is a tough dude for anyone at 154 PERIOD, shut your mouth off and learn something.
I smell a Maidana vs Broner upset.............. and if Canelo wins against Angulo it will make the Canelo vs Lara thing a bigger thing, but people just keep hatin on the kid, anyway what can you tell me about this???
All I can tell you by now is that even Floyd Sr. said in a recent interview that he think Canelo has the skills to be a great boxer, if Floyd Sr. says that it's because he knows it for sure.Last edited by batista84; 02-22-2014, 12:35 PM.

He's not getting his shot at Alvarez until at least 2015. Until then he can fight Quillin and rematch Molina while Alvarez fights Angulo and the Martinez/Cotto winner.
Early 2015 is when I could see the fight happening.
