    Marcos Maidana will be confirmed as Mayweather's May 3rd Opponent, Khan is Out

    News has leaked that Marcos Maidana has been selected as Floyd Mayweather's opponent for May 3, 2014. It was widely believed that Khan would be the opponent after winning Mayweather's fan poll, but from the looks of things--particularly the talk over at Mayweather's gym--it looks as if Mayweather will once again shock the boxing world and select Maidana as his next opponent.

    This also makes sense considering Khan's most recent tweets and Facebook posts, asking Mayweather to contact him about the fight. He hasn't been contacted yet about the fight because he isn't getting it, Maidana is. Also, it makes sense because Mayweather hates being predictable and doing what everyone else expects him to do.

              I hope your right Maidana will be more exciting as mexicans and Argentinians will place all there hopes into this guy making Mayweather the mexican assassin.

                maidana throws a weird angled high overhand right (mayweather ducks down to his right to roll under it) as mayweather head reaches the bottom of the duck (no pun intended) he meets maidanas accurately thrown tight left hook which lands right on mayweathers forehead. mayweather falls back goes down, maidana gets a knockdown but not a knock out. broners dummass just couldnt dance when he was hurt, mayweather can, nd thats what he'll do to take the ud
