Provodnikov would have most likely ended his career.

It's pretty clear. Ruslan would stop him once and for all.

The best thing for marquez since he really wants the title st 147 and bradley chose pac was to fight porter for the title then return to 140 and face provodnikov..i also think hes too small to be fighting at welter

                This cements Marquez' legacy.

He ducked Kahn, ducked Rios... now Provodnikov.
He and his management team also have made poor management decisions earlier in his career.

Marquez has continually taken soft fights in between the fights he wants. Whereas Pacquiao for the last 5 or 6 years straight, have faced champs, legit contenders, or heavy hitters.

I theorize JMM only made progress against PAC in PAC-JMM III and IV because Pac took harder fights throughout the years.

JMM- Whiner, ducker, and POS who drinks his own piss... but an excellent boxer. (This is based on what I've seen regarding his whining, leaving the ring after losses, and his antics outside of the ring)

Nope, it would have been like JMM-Diaz 1.

Provodnikov is pretty solid unit but ain't a **** unlike JMM.

You forgot to mention his PED affiliation.

Alvarado got screwed out of a Pac payday so I would like to see him get this.

Fight makes sense. 2 fighters coming off of losses.
