True...no health issue at all facing Bradley, the fight would be made in an instant. Floyd wouldn't have to worry about being like Ali.

Mayweather vs Bradley wasn't happening regardless. Doubt Mayweather want's to fight Bradley. Too high risk at losing his perfect record. Not that Bradley is better than him, just that Bradley is that guy who finds a way to get it done. That boy is as determined as a snail.

This convo was brought on well before that. It was brought on because you said Mayweather won't fight Lara so Bradley's not guaranteed a fight but you can't seem to grasp how those are different situations despite me explaining about 5 times now.

Mayweathers in his 5th weight class he's already dared to be great and is great.

I never implied Bradley hasn't dared to be great nor do I imply he's staying at TR is because he doesn't want to dare to he great.
You can't know in anyway that anything is guaranteed if Bradley signed to gbp, that's the whole point..No matter if Lara and Bradley situations are different or not.A guarantee is something set in stone..A fact, which I don't believe to be true..Once again to, Mayweather fights who he wants..I don't even know if Gbp could have even put a guarantee in a contract for Bradley..

I agree Mayweather is great, you'll get no argument from there..

Months ago I said Floyd should fight Manny or Bradley.

I respect Bradley's decision even though i don't like it. He takes matters into his own hands, and doesn't want to be one of those fighters who does everything that revolves around Floyd and Manny. It's bad for the sport in terms of the best fighting the best, but at the same time, Bradley did what was best for his family.

I think he would've gotten the Floyd fight for the simple fact that Floyd would want to out-do Manny by beating Bradley, even though deep down inside Floyd's massive inflated ego he knows that Bradley didn't won the fight against, Manny.

Well obviously it's not 100% guranteed. I said it's "Pretty much guranteed" I.e It would have been very likely to happen. Which it would have been had Bradley signed and continue to win and Mayweather continue to win.

And that is when the Lara comparison came in. Which for reasons I've stated isn't a solid comparison because the circumstances are different.

If Bradley was an option, GBP would make the fight. There is no reason why they wouldn't.
GBP/Haymon and whoever told him to step aside so they can make the Khan matchup. I highly doubt Danny walked into Schaefer's office and said "I don't want to fight Floyd Mayweather."

Based off what I've seen GBP do and Richard Schaefer say, I'm not so sure they would welcome Bradley with open arms. Its not about who you beat, its about butts in seats. And Bradley doesn't do that and won't do that whether he beats Pacquiao, Marquez, Mayweather, prime Sugar Ray Leonard and Sugar Ray Robinson back to back to back in the same night.

Drawing power is just something a fighter has or doesn't have.

It makes no sense to hold belts in a weight class hostage he really has no interest in unless its convenient to him. I think there would be much more action at 54 if there were two more belts to battle over....
Ehhh belts don't matter as much as u make it seem. The more belts in fact the less action. That has been the norm for quite some time actually. Maybe he should vacate the belts. I don't really care too much either way, I don't take belts that seriously. I'm just stating what Floyd is doing in my opinion. It's up to the sanctioning body to strip him and even if he dropped the belts they would wind up exactly where the bodies and the money wanted them to. Typically how these things go.

There is absolutely no doubt he would have gotten the Mayweather fight, probably no later than September, 2014.

At Top Rank he has a bunch of rematches and trilogies to finish off his career. Over at Golden Boy he would have had Mayweather (biggest payday of his career and a shot at the king), Danny Garcia, Thurman, Porter, Khan, Maidana, and Broner. What was this guy thinking?
Impossible. Whether he signed an extension or not he has 2 more fights with Top Rank making the earliest possible fight with Mayweather in 2015.

                    Mayweather has 4 more fights:

                    Khan
                    Maidana
                    Garcia
                    ???????

The ?????? will be the biggest money fight available and that ain't Bradley. Most likely Pacquiao because Mayweather will not retire leaving THAT much money on the table.

Probably Thurman that last fight will be. If he keeps winning.

You never know though, things change.
