Khan is nowhere near the most deserving guy to get a shot a Mayweather, but, in my view, he is potentially the most dangerous guy out there for Floyd at 147 and below. Everybody loves Maidana (me too), but not one single knowledgeable fan of boxing believes that Maidana can do a goddamned thing to bother Floyd. Maidana might well be the slowest, most-flat footed fighter that Floyd has EVER fought and we all know what Floyd does to slow, flat-footed guys. As others have already stated here, Maidana is getting waay too much credit for beating Broner. Broner isn't, never was and never will be Floyd Mayweather; not even close.

As far as Floyd's family and entourage go, they must be very happy that the general public prefers a tough, but limited guy like Maidana over a fast, highly-skilled, strong-punching and energetic guy like Khan.

At the end of the day both guys get beaten down but Khan will get it worse with his glass chin and limited skills. His speed will be neutralized when he can't hit Floyd.

At least Maidana has a punchers chance with a solid chin that will last all 12.
