What's so good about Daniel Geale?

I'm not saying he's a bum, I just don't see what's so good about him especially with pleading for him to fight GGG because I don't see this fight being competitive whatsoever.
Quillin is a no go, Martinez is being a fraud somewhere, Murray wants to rematch Sturm, that leaves Geale being the only real MW fight that would work for GGG.
I would bet the house on GGG burning through Geale like he is nothing though. I agree Geale isn't all that, gatekeeper at best.

What do you think about Jacobs?
Personally, I feel he puts up a better fight than Geale

Geale is scrappy, tough and fights for 12 rounds, something most hyped fighters can't even do. Geale does everything well, but nothing great, so he's a solid B fighter.
Have you ever seen Peterson fight? We're talking about a guy who lasted a split second against Matthysse, found a way to draw against Ortiz, and who's only notable 'win' was a split decision robbery against Khan in a fight where he got dropped and schooled. I rate Golovkin higher than Matthysse and I'm sure Geale would go longer against GGG than Peterson did against Lucas (This is coming from a 'GGG hater').

I can see if Jacobs gets up, falls back down, staggers around, etc.... But Jacobs got dropped. The ref counted to like 3 then stopped the fight.
Early stoppage in my honest opinion, but hey...
Also, Jacobs was clearly winning the fight

Nothing to be ashamed of there whatsoever. Daniel Geale is not in that same class if we're talking about what I saw in his last fight...

You hold Lamont Peterson's losses higher than Geale's wins?

Daniel Geale is a top 5 middleweight fighter. He is an overall good boxer and possess a well-rounded skill base.
He is by no means a power puncher, nor does he have lighting fast speed or superior boxing technique.
Geale is durable, maintains a very high work rate for 12 rounds, has good defense and footwork & has a pretty decent resume.
He won the IBF title from Sylvester (in Germany) and won the WBA tile from Sturm (in Germany). He vacated the title and ducked Golovkin so he could avenge his only loss (at the time) to Anthony Mundine in a massive fight in Australia in which he made triple the money he would make if he fought Golovkin. His fight with Barker was very competitive, he even nearly finished him off in the 6th round with a body shot.
Overall, he is a credible opponent for GGG and would definitely be his toughest fight to date. In saying that, I still think Golovkin would KO him within 10 rounds.
BTW, I am Australian and I don't like Daniel Geale. He comes from a place is Australia called Tasmania, which is basically where all the inbreds live. I hope Garth Wood knocks his ugly ass out!
