Keys to victory for pacman
My first post so I hope it's within rules or etiquette.
Keys:
- not with just punch volume. Bradley is a sound boxer with a deep pedigree since the amateurs. He's seen pretty much every approach. Manny will will have to add slightly more lateral movement if even to move his head six inches more to his right because you can bet that counter right hand has been practiced by Bradley thousands of times for this fight.
-Pacman has a lot of power moving linearly he will need to change his angles up and go the body much more he did against cotto. He's been too much of a head hunter.
-Throw punches in the clinch. Pacman is a little too tame or nice in the clinch. Those are punches he can be landing against a weaker puncher in the clinch
-Use the uppercut. Bradley will almost always duck down low if you cut the ring off before he can react so throwing that uppercut won't allow that get out of jail free. Too many boxers duck and the ref will stop the action because the other boxer didnt take a step back and throw an uppercut or even hook on the back foot.
-Start strong and end strong. Take a break rounds 2, 5, 8. Reasoning for this is the following:
First round is the one where most mistakes can occur against a man with the speed and power like pacman. Round 5 is an easily forgettable round and many coaches will tell their fighter to unload a new punch later on in the fight or another counter due to habits they have noticed. Manny still has a decent chin so that punch may not be seen until later on for bradley. Bradley has excellent conditioning but his patience wont be great he's not expecting to win a decision this time. Some fighters will hold back for a few rounds because they want to save their new counters or punches for later when it counts so taking a break and focusing on defense may let you get a "free look"
Although champ rounds are 10 and up fighters get anxious and/or desperate by round 10 unless they have more title fights than regular fights. Round 8 is a good round to rest a bit and end strong.

Fighters like Bradley need to do the promoting outside the ring especially at this stage of their career.
If he wins this fight he should just completely embrace it even though we know he's not like that.
I mean, we need to remember that Floyd isn't really like he acts either.
