I'm gonna be cringing when the commentary call this a world title fight especially if they don't mention Garcia has the real title which they might do with hbo because Garcia is at show time.

          unfortunately, it looks like its only a matter of time before the IBO becomes recognized too, its sad. too many world title belts, its worse then wwe

            I think this page has done a good job on saying when the belts get recognised:



            It seems strict. Wbo only recognised since 2007. I don't think another sanctioning body will make it.
